RPM has the staff and expertise to manage your single or multi-family residences. In addition, we offer a rent only program. We will rent your property for a one-time fee and arrange for the tenant to pay rent and communicate with you concerning all matters – any or all of the services listed below can be provided to you as part of our agreement.


  • Constantly reviews area rentals and is able to recommend rent increases to maximize income
  • Advertise units in a manner which attractively presents the property to prospective tenants.
  • All rent ready vacancies are listed on the RPM website, Craigslist, and other partner listing sites, including Zillow.
  • Prospective tenants are required to complete an application form.
  • Credit checks and past rental history are reviewed and interviews are conducted before an applicant is selected.
  • Collection of security deposit payment is required upon approval.
  • Evictions are filed when required.
  • Units are turned over in the shortest time possible following an eviction.
  • Inspect properties when they become vacant and prepare a maintenance list.
  • Obtain bids for major maintenance items and have all maintenance completed for property turnover.
  • Oversee landscape maintenance.
  • Perform annual inspections on occupied units when requested.
  • Provide full bookkeeping services according to standard bookkeeping procedure.
  • Books are available for inspection by the owner or designated party at any time.
  • Copies of invoices for work charged to the property are emailed to the owner on the 15th of each month.
  • Any funds due to the owner are deposited via ACH.
  • If accounting services are required for filing tax returns, the company can coordinate its services with the needs of the owner.
  • A 24-hour hot line is available for tenants to inform RPM of any emergency regarding the property.

  • RPM has a full-time, licensed, professional staff to provide services around the clock.
  • Staff will communicate the status of the property to the owner, including 30-day notices, evictions, vacancies, and any other information concerning the property.
