Doug McIntyre
President, Broker
Doug started his career in real estate in 1980 as an apartment manager. Although he is not a native Nevadan, he was raised in Fernley and has lived in Nevada most of his life. Doug advanced his career over the years and now has a Real Estate Brokers License. He is also a Certified Property Manager and Community Association Manager. Doug purchased Reno Property Management in 2012 and takes pride in the fact that it is one of the oldest locally owned property management companies in Reno. Doug is also active in the local and state Realtors Association. He is currently the Reno-Sparks Association of Realtors President and is on the Board of Directors for the state association of Realtors. Doug is an avid golfer and enjoys traveling with his wife.
Jober Martinez
Vice President
Jober Martinez has been with Reno Property management for 15 years and is licensed in real estate sales and Property Management. As the Vice President, he oversees daily operations and focuses on client services. Jober has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of San Beda in the Philippines. Previously, Jober worked for RBC Financial Group in Canada as a Manager in Business Sales and Services. Outside of work Jober enjoys spending time with his family, participating in outdoor activities and going on road trips.
Bryan Gardner

Bryan started with RPM in 2003. He started his Real Estate career in 1987 while in San Diego. In 1988, he moved to Northern Nevada and became interested in industrial real estate. Bryan focuses on tenant representation of manufacturing, distribution and e-commerce/fulfillment companies. He also assists investors and tenants in the marketing and disposition of industrial assets. Bryan is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Warehouse Education Research Council (WERC), and Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP). Bryan graduated from the University of Idaho with a degree in geography with emphasis on rural and urban planning and development. Away from work, Bryan spends time with his wife and children enjoying Lake Tahoe, skiing, and traveling.
Bill Carter
HOA Controller
Bill Carter joined Reno Property Management as an auditor in early 2017 and later took the position of HOA Controller.  Bill earned his degree with a major in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2011.  Bill is a native Nevadan and brings twenty years of experience in managerial accounting right here in the Reno/Sparks community.  Bill has spent 14 years in the areas of construction, project management, and both commercial and residential property management. In his spare time, Bill enjoys spending time with his wife and competing with his dogs in the sport of flyball.  Bill also volunteers his time as North American Flyball Association judge.
Chris Mitchell
HOA Manager
Chris joined Reno Property Management in 2017 and is currently a Community Association Assistant. He has 7 years’ experience in commercial and residential management. Chris has a degree from Truckee Meadows in graphic communication to satisfy his creative side. Driven by his passion for Property Management he continuously adds to his education. Chris enjoys family time, camping, trips to the beach, golf, and roller coasters.
Laurie Morrow
HOA Manager
Laurie Morrow is currently an HOA assistant and joined Reno Property Management in 2017. Laurie has over 13 years’ experience in the property management field and managed a 300 unit apartment complex. Laurie now is using her expertise to become a Community Association Manager. Laurie is passionate about her new role in property management and will continue to maintain her attention to detail to ensure the best client service. In her spare time, she enjoys camping and campfires. She loves spending time with her family, which includes 3 grandchildren.
Mark LaBarber
Senior Property Manager
Mark joined Reno Property Management in 2014 as a Residential Property Manager. He earned a bachelor’s Degree from UNR in Business Administration and became a Licensed Realtor in 2001. Mark also holds a Property Management Permit and brings 17 years of Property Management experience to RPM. Marks goal is to expertly manage properties, while constantly adding value. Mark is a 35-year resident of the Truckee Meadows and enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 grown sons.
Casey Knutson
Property Manager, Realtor
Casey joined Reno Property Management in 2017 and since then has received his Real Estate license and his Property Management permit. Casey’s enthusiasm for learning and his easy going personality has proven to be a good combination that provides attention to detail and an effecient problem solver. Casey is a member of the Professional Bowlers Association Tour and volunteers for the local bowling association board where he is serving his 2 nd of 4 years. In his spare time, you can find him fishing, golfing and perfecting his bowling skills.
Cynthia Knutson
Administrative Assistant
Cynthia Knutson has been with RPM for 5 years as an Administrative assistant. Cynthia's pervious work experience has been in Office Administration, Customer Care and Scheduling. Cynthia takes pride in being professional, caring and helpful to all of RPM's tenants, owners and vendors while providing them with the best customer service. Cynthia was raised in Kentucky but lived in Texas for 25 years before moving to Reno in 2013. She has always loved to fish and says the trout in Nevada are "amazing!"
Denise Cortez
Property Manager’s Assistant
Denise started with Reno Property Management in 2017 as an Administrative Assistant in the Single-family Division. Prior to coming to RPM, she worked for Arvato Bertelsmann, a vendor for Microsoft in the Philippines, for 5 years. She was a Transaction Specialist, did SME training and later became Customer Care Specialist. Denise is hard working and eager to expand her education in Property Management. She is currently taking classes for her Real Estate License and Property management Permit. Denise enjoys reading, dancing, playing pool and the outdoors. She has a beautiful young daughter who keeps her very busy!
