Doug McIntyre

Doug started his career in real estate in 1980 as an apartment manager. Although he is not a native Nevadan, he was raised in Fernley and has lived in Nevada most of his life. Doug advanced his career over the years and now has a Real Estate Brokers’ License. He is also a Certified Property Manager and Community Association Manager. Doug purchased Reno Property Management in 2012 (Reno, Nevada) and Charles Kitchen Realty in 2021 (Carson City, Nevada). Doug takes pride in the fact that it is one of the oldest locally owned property management companies in Reno and Carson City. During 2021, Doug expanded into the Lake Tahoe region of Nevada market. Doug is active in the local and state Realtors Association. He is a past President of the Reno-Sparks Association of Realtors and is the current President of the Nevada State Realtors with over 21,000 members. Doug is very involved in the legislative process for both Real Estate and Community Associations. Doug is an avid golfer and enjoys traveling with his wife.

Jober martinez

Jober Martinez

VICE PRESIDENT

Jober Martinez has been with Reno Property management for 15 years and is licensed in real estate sales and Property Management. As the Vice President, he oversees daily operations and focuses on client services. Jober has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of San Beda in the Philippines. Previously, Jober worked for RBC Financial Group in Canada as a Manager in Business Sales and Services. Outside of work Jober enjoys spending time with his family, participating in outdoor activities and going on road trips.

PROVISIONAL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGER

Bill Carter joined Reno Property Management as an auditor in early 2017 and later took the position of HOA Controller. Bill earned his degree with a major in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2011. Bill is a native Nevadan and brings twenty years of experience in managerial accounting right here in the Reno/Sparks community. Bill has spent 14 years in the areas of construction, project management, and both commercial and residential property management. In his spare time, Bill enjoys spending time with his wife and competing with his dogs in the sport of flyball. Bill also volunteers his time as North American Flyball Association judge.

Mark LaBarber

REALTOR

Mark joined Reno Property Management in 2014 as a Residential Property Manager. He earned a bachelor’s Degree from UNR in Business Administration and became a Licensed Realtor in 2001. Mark also holds a Property Management Permit and brings 17 years of Property Management experience to RPM. Marks goal is to expertly manage properties, while constantly adding value. Mark is a 35-year resident of the Truckee Meadows and enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 grown sons.

Denise Thrapp

PROPERTY MANAGER

Denise joined RPM in March 2022 as an Administrative Assistant. She recently obtained her real estate license and PM permit, and will be joining the RPM team as a Property Manager. Prior to her relocation to Reno from Oceanside, California in 2016, Denise was employed as a VicePresident/Commercial Loan Officer on the Business Banking Team at Union Bank for 20+ years. In her spare time, Denise enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, deep sea fishing and traveling whenever possible.

Michael Bozman

COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Michael joined Reno Property management in 2019 as the Compliance Officer and oversees RPM maintenance and workload day to day. Prior to joining RPM, Michael worked in the Washoe County Assessor’s Office for 30 years, the last 15 years as a Real Property Appraiser valuing all types of properties from multifamilies, commercial and residential. When not diligently performing his duties at RPM, Michael enjoys hiking, kayaking, fishing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and vacationing at the country’s National Parks.

Chris Mitchell

COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGER

Chris joined Reno Property Management in 2017 and is currently a Community Association Manager. He has 7 years’ experience in commercial and residential management. Chris has a degree from Truckee Meadows in graphic communication to satisfy his creative side. Driven by his passion for Property Management he continuously adds to his education. Chris enjoys family time, camping, trips to the beach, golf, and roller coasters.

Aubree Pearson

PROVISIONAL CAM

Aubree joined RPM in February 2022 as a receptionist in our Carson City office, Charles Kitchen Realty. In September 2023 she moved to the Reno office of RPM and is a Provisional CAM. Aubree has significant experience in Customer Service. She worked for GKL, Registered Agents of NV at the front desk with various duties and also has experience in Banking. Aubree was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii and moved to Nevada in 2016. She enjoys spending time with her family, playing board games and traveling.

Lauren Dittberner

ASSISTANT CONTROLLER

Lauren started with RPM in 2022. She started as a receptionist and quickly moved up to Assistant to the HOA Controller. Lauren has proven to be an asset to the company in a short period and we look forward to her continued progress and growth within the company. Lauren’s previous work experience includes customer service in various service-related industries. Lauren was born and raised in Austin, Texas, and moved to Reno in 2012. She enjoys hanging out with her husband and 2 dogs, watching movies, playing games, and BBQ’s.

Julie Lamm

ASSISTANT CONTROLLER

Julie joined RPM in October 2023 as Assistant Controller. Before coming to RPM Julie worked for 20 years in the Automotive and Powersports industry where she was responsible for accounting, payroll, HR, and title transfers. Julie has brought to RPM extensive knowledge and experience in Quickbooks and Excel. Julie was born in Reno and in her spare time she enjoys creating custom bags and other sewing projects.

Ashley Hawke

HOA ASSISTANT

Ashley joined the RPM team in May 2022 and most of her time is dedicated to working with the HOA aspect of the company. Ashley brings a banking background with her, which is a valuable asset to RPM. She was involved in customer service where she worked for Teleperformance for Bank of America and then as a Manager in the credit card department. Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, celebrating holidays and vacations at the beach.

Lou-Ann Hilliary

HOA ASSISTANT

Lou-Ann started at RPM in Dec 2023 as an HOA Assistant. Lou-Ann comes to RPM with 25 years experience. She started in HOA Accounting and received her Real Estate License in 2007 where she became a Property Manager. Lou-Ann has spent most of her time in Real Estate working with HOA’s, accounting and escrow’s. In her spare time she enjoys time with her family and travel whenever possible.

Karla Barajas

RECEPCIONIST

Karla joined RPM in January 2024 as receptionist . Her past work history includes dispatching, accounting and customer service. Karla is a native Nevadan and is bilingual. She has been a great asset to RPM in assisting our Spanish speaking clients. Karla enjoys spending time with her children, traveling and expressing her creativity through the art of makeup.
