Doug McIntyre

Doug started his career in real estate in 1980 as an apartment manager. Although he is not a native Nevadan, he was raised in Fernley and has lived in Nevada most of his life. Doug advanced his career over the years and now has a Real Estate Brokers’ License. He is also a Certified Property Manager and Community Association Manager. Doug purchased Reno Property Management in 2012 (Reno, Nevada) and Charles Kitchen Realty in 2021 (Carson City, Nevada). Doug takes pride in the fact that it is one of the oldest locally owned property management companies in Reno and Carson City. During 2021, Doug expanded into the Lake Tahoe region of Nevada market. He is a past President of the Reno-Sparks Association of Realtors and is the past President of the Nevada State Realtors with over 21,000 members. Doug has recently retired from the day to day operations of RPM but he is still the Broker of record and owner of the company.

Jober began his professional career at Reno Property Management in 2003 and holds both a Nevada Real Estate Broker License and a Property Management License. As the President of Reno Property Management and Charles Kitchen Realty, he is committed to providing exceptional client services tailored to individual needs. He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of San Beda in the Philippines, which has given him a strong foundation in financial principles. Prior to his current leadership roles, Jober gained valuable experience at RBC Financial Group in Canada, where he served as the Manager of Business Sales and Services, focusing on enhancing client engagement strategies. Outside of his professional commitments, Jober values quality time with his family, enjoys outdoor activities, and cherishes road trips that create memorable experiences.

Bill Carter joined Reno Property Management as an auditor in early 2017 and later took the position of HOA Controller. Bill earned his degree with a major in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2011. Bill is a native Nevadan and brings twenty years of experience in managerial accounting right here in the Reno/Sparks community. Bill has spent 14 years in the areas of construction, project management, and both commercial and residential property management. In his spare time, Bill enjoys spending time with his wife and competing with his dogs in the sport of flyball. Bill also volunteers his time as North American Flyball Association judge.

Chris Mitchell

Chris joined Reno Property Management in 2017 and is currently a Community Association Manager. He has 7 years’ experience in commercial and residential management. Chris has a degree from Truckee Meadows in graphic communication to satisfy his creative side. Driven by his passion for Property Management he continuously adds to his education. Chris enjoys family time, camping, trips to the beach, golf, and roller coasters.

Chris Tisdale

COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGER

Chris joined the RPM team in July 2024 as a Commercial Property Manager. Chris received a paralegal certificate from UNR in 1995 and spent a few years working in litigation, contract law and legal project management. Chris then pursued a career in Real Estate, obtaining his Real Estate license and property management permit. Now Chris has expanded his knowledge in Real Estate to become a commercial property manager. Chris is a licensed drone pilot and enjoys taking pictures and videos. He also runs the local Famers Markets. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, listening to music, watching movies, and traveling to new places.

Denise Thrapp

PROPERTY MANAGER

Denise joined RPM in March 2022 as an Administrative Assistant. She recently obtained her real estate license and PM permit, and will be joining the RPM team as a Property Manager. Prior to her relocation to Reno from Oceanside, California in 2016, Denise was employed as a VicePresident/Commercial Loan Officer on the Business Banking Team at Union Bank for 20+ years. In her spare time, Denise enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, deep sea fishing and traveling whenever possible.

Laurie Morrow

COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGER

Laurie brings more than 20 years of experience in property management to her role. Over the course of her career, she has developed expertise in building operations, resident relations, and community engagement, with a passion for creating environments where people feel connected and supported. Laurie takes a collaborative, people-first approach, working to ensure that every community she serves thrives. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, exploring the outdoors, and spending quality time with her family and dogs.

Ashley Hawke

HOA ASSISTANT

Ashley joined the RPM team in May 2022 and most of her time is dedicated to working with the HOA aspect of the company. Ashley brings a banking background with her, which is a valuable asset to RPM. She was involved in customer service where she worked for Teleperformance for Bank of America and then as a Manager in the credit card department. Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, celebrating holidays and vacations at the beach.

Lauren Dittberner

ASSISTANT CONTROLLER

Lauren started with RPM in 2022. She started as a receptionist and quickly moved up to Assistant to the HOA Controller. Lauren has proven to be an asset to the company in a short period and we look forward to her continued progress and growth within the company. Lauren’s previous work experience includes customer service in various service-related industries. Lauren was born and raised in Austin, Texas, and moved to Reno in 2012. She enjoys hanging out with her husband and 2 dogs, watching movies, playing games, and BBQ’s.

Julie Lamm

ASSISTANT CONTROLLER

Julie joined RPM in October 2023 as Assistant Controller. Before coming to RPM Julie worked for 20 years in the Automotive and Powersports industry where she was responsible for accounting, payroll, HR, and title transfers. Julie has brought to RPM extensive knowledge and experience in Quickbooks and Excel. Julie was born in Reno and in her spare time she enjoys creating custom bags and other sewing projects.

Michael Bozman

COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Michael joined Reno Property management in 2019 as the Compliance Officer and oversees RPM maintenance and workload day to day. Prior to joining RPM, Michael worked in the Washoe County Assessor’s Office for 30 years, the last 15 years as a Real Property Appraiser valuing all types of properties from multifamilies, commercial and residential. When not diligently performing his duties at RPM, Michael enjoys hiking, kayaking, fishing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and vacationing at the country’s National Parks.

Heather Calinog

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Heather joined RPM in August 2024 as an Administrative Assistant. She has a strong background in customer service working in the grocery industry, including management and receptionist for very busy H&R Block office for 4 years, and she owns her own small home-based baking business. Heather is a native Nevadan and enjoys volunteering for her kids’ football team and cherishes the holiday season spending time with her family.
